THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING A GRANT APPLICATION IS APRIL 28, 2017 FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE FOLLOWING BOARD MEETING.

ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL APPROXIMATELY THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS AFTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS, WHICH ARE HELD IN THE SPRING AND THE FALL OF EACH YEAR. THE NEXT BOARD MEETING IS JUNE 2, 2017
 

The grant application is provided in "fillable" PDF format.  Please fill in all fields directly on the form.  After filling out the form you can print it and submit it with your properly formatted application materials.
